Well, 2009 is a new year and time to start plugging away at the last of the weight. I’m going to post my weight (or anything else I decide to start tracking, perhaps run times, etc) here every Thursday just to stay accountable. The way I roll is I take my lowest weight of the week, because I tend to fluctuate day to day, it’s the best way for me to get an accurate count.
1/1/09 - 163 lbs
1/8/09 - 158.4 lbs (woo frickin’ hooo!!!)
1/16/09 - 158.4 lbs (s’ok, I expected this)
1/22/09 - 160.4 lbs (umm, bad…haven’t done wrong so it must be water)
1/29/09 - 158.0 lbs (back in business, baby)
2/5/09 - 156.8 lbs (movin on down to funkytown!)
2/12/09 - 154.8 lbs (being sick has *some* perks!)
2/19/09 - 155.4 lbs (gee, 4 weeks ago I did the same thing, I see a pattern…)
2/26/09 - 156.0 lbs (ummm, hallo…wrong way)
3/5/09 - 155.0 lbs (ok, getting better)
3/12/09 - 153.0 lbs (yay! Now, under 150 please…)
3/19/09 - 153.0 (hmmmm….)
3/26/09 - 152.6 (yay a new low! boo for only a few ounces lower…)
4/2/09 - 151.0 (yaaaaaaay!)
4/9/09 - 151.4 (boooooooo)
4/16/09 - 151.4 (hrmmmm…really thought I’d be under 150 by now…)
4/23/09 - 150.2 (yaaaaaaaaay, now under 150 next week plzplz?)
*insert two months of half marathon training and not tracking here*
7/2/09 - 152.4 (let’s go down from here!)
7/9/09 - 152.4 (maintain this week = win, pushing for a nice loss next week)
7/16/09 - 153.4 (yeah, that’s a gain…frustration is me. Trying something new next week)
