I didn&#8217;t hit my exact plan, but here&#8217;s what we&#8217;re looking at:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Monday: 30 min run, weights AM<\/li><li>Tuesday: off<\/li><li>Wednesday: 30 min run, weights AM<\/li><li>Thursday: 30 min trainer ride AM<\/li><li>Friday: 40 min walk<\/li><li>Saturday: ~1 hour outdoor ride, 20 min lake swim<\/li><li>Sunday: TBD, probably a walk, maybe some weights<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Considering what I was up against the last month or two with almost nothing during the weekdays, I will take this any week in 2022!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/adjustedreality.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image-9-1024x596.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12463\" width=\"663\" height=\"385\" srcset=\"http:\/\/adjustedreality.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image-9-1024x596.png 1024w, http:\/\/adjustedreality.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image-9-300x174.png 300w, http:\/\/adjustedreality.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image-9-768x447.png 768w, http:\/\/adjustedreality.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image-9-900x523.png 900w, http:\/\/adjustedreality.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image-9-1280x744.png 1280w, http:\/\/adjustedreality.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image-9.png 1465w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 663px) 100vw, 663px\" \/><figcaption>Want to keep up weeks like this one, not the previous ones&#8230;<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Trying to reserve weekends for a while to get myself in the lake and outdoor bike rides.  I can do brick workouts (since they&#8217;re short now!) during the week once I get back to it, this at least gets me out on the roads and in open water once a week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Speaking of that calendar, notice I have a weight every day!  I also found the site I used to track my trendweight and good news, it&#8217;s going down!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/adjustedreality.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image-10.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12464\" width=\"560\" height=\"479\" srcset=\"http:\/\/adjustedreality.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image-10.png 842w, http:\/\/adjustedreality.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image-10-300x257.png 300w, http:\/\/adjustedreality.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image-10-768x657.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 560px) 100vw, 560px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>My trendweight went down 0.9 this week (from 191.8 to 190.9), which is very exciting.  It&#8217;s also that fantastic time of the month where I&#8217;m extra bloaty, so I expect even more progress next week!  While I didn&#8217;t make MUCH progress in the two months I effed off of tracking, I didn&#8217;t backslide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I have tracked my calories every day for a week as well, and I&#8217;m averaging around 1600.  Not terrible, I&#8217;m certainly not going to gain weight on that intake, but losses will be slow.  When I get back from vacation, I&#8217;ll try to take that down a little bit, seems like the tipping point to really lose weight is when I can average under 1500\/day.  Considering my high weight in January was 9 lbs higher than my low weight this week, progress is happening.  It&#8217;s just time to go quicker!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I am signed up for two races (since the Wurst Tri is still &#8220;coming soon&#8221;): <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>6\/26&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.trifind.com\/re_683628\/2022LakePflugervilleTriathlon.html\">Lake PF Tri<\/a>&nbsp;(sprint)<\/li><li>9\/26&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/kerrvilletri.com\/\">Kerrville<\/a>&nbsp;(sprint)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>And I&#8217;m keeping my eye out for more (possibly Marble Falls in late July), I&#8217;d just like to nail down my work travel schedule first so I don&#8217;t pay 100$ for a race I have to miss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/adjustedreality.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image-12.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12466\" width=\"534\" height=\"500\" srcset=\"http:\/\/adjustedreality.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image-12.png 935w, http:\/\/adjustedreality.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image-12-300x281.png 300w, http:\/\/adjustedreality.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image-12-768x720.png 768w, http:\/\/adjustedreality.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image-12-900x844.png 900w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 534px) 100vw, 534px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In other news, we finally cleaned out the pain cave and I got my bike desk set up last weekend.  I only got to use it once this week but it&#8217;s sooooo nice to not have my laptop balanced precariously on top of my fan anymore.
