{"id":2046,"date":"2010-06-30T04:31:40","date_gmt":"2010-06-30T04:31:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/adjustedreality.com\/blog\/?p=2046"},"modified":"2010-06-30T04:31:40","modified_gmt":"2010-06-30T04:31:40","slug":"packing-in-the-packing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/adjustedreality.com\/blog\/2010\/06\/30\/packing-in-the-packing\/","title":{"rendered":"Packing In The Packing"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Two weeks into this whole forced &#8220;no weigh&#8221; thing and I sort of feel like&#8230; this is how it should be.\u00a0 I had initially thought that I would commit to weighing every day once I got to my goal weight, but that was assuming I got to my goal weight, and it wasn&#8217;t the last 10 lbs driving me insane.\u00a0 We&#8217;ll see how I feel in two weeks when I get on the scale again.\u00a0 If it&#8217;s 161 I think I may tear my hair out but I have high hopes.<\/p>\n<p>Honestly, don&#8217;t have all that much to say this week, I&#8217;ve been all wakeup, work, workout, dinner, and then like an hour of internet\/relax and then bed.\u00a0 Some weeks, I am boring.\u00a0 And that&#8217;s ok.\u00a0 I even decided I was too lame to hit the midnight showing of Avatar tomorrow, but the idea of 3am bed Wednesday, then up for 10am at work Thursday, workout, home at like 8:30, then packing and up for 5am to drive?\u00a0 No thanks.\u00a0 Especially because the work part of it is going to be a damn tough day trying to finish up everything scheduley-like a day early.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/media.fukung.net\/images\/392\/kisspandas.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"295\" height=\"197\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Last Week&#8217;s Numbers:<\/p>\n<p>Monday: 1895 calories in, 40 mins eliptical (500 calories out) = 1395 calories<br \/>\nTuesday: 1683 calories in, 12 mile bike ride, 4 mile run (950 calories) = 733 calories<br \/>\nWednesday: 1571 calories in, 45 mins weights (200 calories) = 1371 calories<br \/>\nThursday: 1888 calories in, 45 mins biking (500 calories) = 1333 calories<br \/>\nFriday: 1443 calories in, rest day = 1443 calories<br \/>\nSaturday: 2008 calories in, 4.65 miles of intervals (.25 mile sprint, .25 recovery, rinse and repeat)(500 calories) = 1508 calories<br \/>\nSunday: 1522 calories in, rest day = 1522<\/p>\n<p>Avg cals in per day: 1712<\/p>\n<p>Avg cals out per day: 378<\/p>\n<p>Avg net per day: 1333<\/p>\n<p>Avg deficit per day: 478, or just under 1 lb loss per week.\u00a0 Dailyburn seems to agree and has me around 3.7 lbs loss per month.\u00a0 It&#8217;s week 3 of not weighing and honestly?\u00a0 Still pretty much loving it though I am sure curious.\u00a0 I would guess I was around 159 this morning?<\/p>\n<p>This week&#8217;s plan:<\/p>\n<p>Monday: 10k run (750 calories)<br \/>\nTuesday: cybil and weights (700 calories)<br \/>\nWednesday: 10 mile bike, 5 mile run (700 calories)<br \/>\nThursday: 12 mile bike and weights (600 calories)<br \/>\nSaturday: 1\/2 mile swim, 12 mile bike, 5k run (900 calories)<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/media.fukung.net\/images\/17001\/bf85b94c99332c574ecc3354e5e5da5a.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I will be traveling all day Friday so while I&#8217;m sure I&#8217;ll be bouncing off the walls after 11+ hours in the car, I doubt I&#8217;ll have time to do anything.\u00a0 Saturday, we&#8217;re attending a wedding in the afternoon&#8230;but am SO excited to make use of the hotel pool and workout facilities to do a full sprint tri in the morning before.\u00a0 Am I insane or what?\u00a0 Sunday we have plans to rock an amusement park so I&#8217;m figuring a few miles of walking, and then Monday 11+ hours in the car again.
