I mean raceweight!!!!<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Upon waking: yeah! Time to start #projectraceweight, I&#8217;ve only been thinking about this for months.\u00a0 LETS GET IT ON!<\/p>\n<p>Morning &#8211; hey, I&#8217;m too busy to do anything but eat this 100 calorie greek yogurt (with a 5 day old spoon from my last yogurt that&#8217;s still sitting at my desk, yeah, I know, I&#8217;m gross).\u00a0 That&#8217;s probably a good start, right?<\/p>\n<p>Mid-morning: why am I biting people&#8217;s heads off and feeling irrationally angry at things?\u00a0 Oh, right, I only had a 100 calorie yogurt for breakfast.<\/p>\n<p>noon-thirty: turkey sandwich is LIFE.\u00a0 Veggie pasta salad is EVERYTHING.\u00a0 I&#8217;m sorry for the things I thought when I was hungry.\u00a0 I love eating food.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/adjustedreality.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/Fl-6.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-5430\" src=\"http:\/\/adjustedreality.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/Fl-6.jpg\" alt=\"Fl-6\" width=\"400\" height=\"399\" srcset=\"http:\/\/adjustedreality.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/Fl-6.jpg 596w, http:\/\/adjustedreality.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/Fl-6-150x150.jpg 150w, http:\/\/adjustedreality.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/Fl-6-300x300.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><em>Sadly, not publix.\u00a0 But like, kinda the same.\u00a0 With sprouted grain bread instead of magic bread.\u00a0 And no magical pickles.\u00a0 Ok, not the same at all. \ud83d\ude41<\/em><\/p>\n<p>2pm: well, fuck, why am I hungry already?\u00a0 Well, knew this was going to happen for a few days.\u00a0 Let&#8217;s get some decaf chai.\u00a0 Yummmm.<\/p>\n<p>3pm: gum is good gum is good gum is good gum is good gum is good gum is good.<\/p>\n<p>4pm: why did i eat the stupid cheese on my sandwich?\u00a0 That&#8217;s 70 calories, like half the can of soup I&#8217;m staring at wishing I could put in my mouth.\u00a0 I wonder how many calories are in tin?<\/p>\n<p>4:30pm: I ate a healthy breakfast and lunch.\u00a0 Why aren&#8217;t I skinny yet?\u00a0 119 days and 1 dinner to go.\u00a0 Sigh&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/adjustedreality.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Mar16.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-5658\" src=\"http:\/\/adjustedreality.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Mar16.jpg\" alt=\"Mar16\" width=\"399\" height=\"395\" srcset=\"http:\/\/adjustedreality.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Mar16.jpg 598w, http:\/\/adjustedreality.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Mar16-300x297.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 399px) 100vw, 399px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><em>This is the appropriate sized salad for me right now&#8230;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>5pm: gum is good gum is good gum is good&#8230; fuck, it&#8217;s getting stale. *pleh*<\/p>\n<p>5:14pm, 5:21pm, 5:22pm, 5:22:30pm, etc: is it time to go yeeeeeeeeet?<\/p>\n<p>5:25pm: break down and grab my blackberries.\u00a0 Some of them taste like they&#8217;re about to turn bad.\u00a0 Wonder if a stomach bug would help me get to race weight quicker.\u00a0 Decide to pick around the obviously bad ones as a compromise.<\/p>\n<p>5:45pm: whyyyyyy do I have to do an errand after work?\u00a0 I want to eat dinner noaaaaw.\u00a0 Who&#8217;s idea was it to give up snacks?\u00a0 (sigh, ME)<\/p>\n<p>6pm: if the bike guy takes any longer I might go lick someone&#8217;s tires.<\/p>\n<p>6:30pm: this is the best chicken I&#8217;ve ever tasted in my life.\u00a0 This yogurt caesar isn&#8217;t so bad either.\u00a0 I love food.\u00a0 I love food so much.\u00a0 This is one thing I have going for me, I love healthy food so at least I don&#8217;t hate what I&#8217;m eating.\u00a0 That would be horrible!<\/p>\n<p>6:45pm: I have more calories, and I&#8217;m still hungry, so another chicken patty and 10 (count them) tater tots as a treat.\u00a0 Besides needing a dash more fiber, my macros are spot on without explicitly trying *throws the rockstar horns*.<\/p>\n<p>7pm: ok, 1250 calories.\u00a0 Done for the day.\u00a0 I&#8217;ll put some lemon and stevia in this water and pretend it&#8217;s vodka and I&#8217;m sipping it on a beach somewhere, already done with this.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/adjustedreality.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Mar16-2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-5659\" src=\"http:\/\/adjustedreality.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Mar16-2.jpg\" alt=\"Mar16-2\" width=\"400\" height=\"397\" srcset=\"http:\/\/adjustedreality.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Mar16-2.jpg 596w, http:\/\/adjustedreality.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Mar16-2-150x150.jpg 150w, http:\/\/adjustedreality.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Mar16-2-300x298.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><em>Yep.\u00a0 Totally the same, except on my couch, from a water bottle, no booze, and no ocean to play in.\u00a0 Totally the same.\u00a0 (Not the same at all)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>8:30pm: fuck it, let&#8217;s go to bed so I can&#8217;t see the kitchen anymore.<\/p>\n<p>8:45pm: proudly put two stars on the calendar, one for me, one for Zliten, signifying that we made it through #projectraceweight day one, successfully<\/p>\n<p>Today, I&#8217;m here with coffee in hand and a slightly bigger breakfast, and I&#8217;m back to the start.\u00a0 1 day + 1 meal down, 118 and 2 meals to go.\u00a0 Let&#8217;s get it on, day 2!<\/p>\n<div data-counters='1' data-style='square' data-size='regular' data-url='http:\/\/adjustedreality.com\/blog\/2016\/03\/16\/diaries-of-a-madwoman-day-1-of-projectraceweight\/' data-title='Diaries of a madwoman &#8211;
