{"id":2325,"date":"2011-01-29T03:05:53","date_gmt":"2011-01-29T03:05:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/adjustedreality.com\/blog\/?p=2325"},"modified":"2011-01-29T03:05:53","modified_gmt":"2011-01-29T03:05:53","slug":"better-late-than-never","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/adjustedreality.com\/blog\/2011\/01\/29\/better-late-than-never\/","title":{"rendered":"Better Late Than Never"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It&#8217;s Friday and I haven&#8217;t put up last week&#8217;s progress post.\u00a0 Oopsie daisy!\u00a0 Let&#8217;s make with the reader&#8217;s digest version.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Last Week Workouts:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Monday: bike workout (60 mins)<br \/>\nTuesday: group power (60 mins)<br \/>\nWednesday: off<br \/>\nThursday: run workout (60 mins)<br \/>\nFriday: swim workout (50 mins, gym was closing)<br \/>\nSaturday: 5k (in a gorilla suit, see below) and about 2 miles walking around downtown after<br \/>\nSunday: off<\/p>\n<p><strong>Last Week&#8217;s Food:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I actually did pretty well.\u00a0 No sweets, and my high calorie day on Saturday was only about 2100 calories.\u00a0 It was another alcohol heavy day&#8230; but I compensated by not eating that much food.\u00a0 I actually found I had a very little hangover the next day.\u00a0 It seems like my metabolism is FINALLY making the shift.\u00a0 Just this last week or so, I just feel&#8230; different.\u00a0 Less food makes me satiated.\u00a0 I&#8217;m not counting the hours between meals.\u00a0 HOLY GOD I&#8217;M BACK TO BEING ABLE TO EAT LIKE A NORMAL PERSON WOOOOHOOO!!!
