{"id":3008,"date":"2012-02-10T06:33:33","date_gmt":"2012-02-10T06:33:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/adjustedreality.com\/blog\/?p=3008"},"modified":"2012-02-10T06:33:33","modified_gmt":"2012-02-10T06:33:33","slug":"guess-whos-back","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/adjustedreality.com\/blog\/2012\/02\/10\/guess-whos-back\/","title":{"rendered":"Guess Who&#8217;s Back&#8230;."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Geez what a crazy crazy CUH-RAY-ZEEE week. \u00a0At least Zliten sent me random flowers for no real good reason.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/a8.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net\/hphotos-ak-snc7\/400461_10150569729159450_789139449_8657086_270255106_n.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"346\" height=\"194\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Work-wise, my assistant person is out so I&#8217;m doing two people&#8217;s jobs at a crucial part of the milestone so that&#8217;s always fun. \u00a0Tally of how many weeks I kept my mellow from my extended break&#8230;5. \u00a0This week I got my frantic back on. \u00a0Oh well, time to plan a vacation, right?<\/p>\n<p>So, this is where I was supposed to be tapering for my OMG FIRST MARATHON and now, not so much. \u00a0Now, the focus is:<\/p>\n<p>a) calorie deficit.<\/p>\n<p>b) lifting heavy things<\/p>\n<p>c) short and intense cardio<\/p>\n<p>d) preparing for being an adult<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/a6.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net\/hphotos-ak-ash4\/431224_10150571424829450_789139449_8660696_598703634_n.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"346\" height=\"194\" \/><\/p>\n<p>So what have I done?<\/p>\n<p>2364 burned<\/p>\n<p>1389 eaten<\/p>\n<p>975 deficit<\/p>\n<p>(30 min eliptical + 30 mins crunchtime)<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday:<\/p>\n<p>2894 burned<\/p>\n<p>1403 eaten<\/p>\n<p>1491 deficit<\/p>\n<p>(5.4 mile run &#8211; 55 mins)<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday:<\/p>\n<p>2627 burned<\/p>\n<p>1777 eaten<\/p>\n<p>850 deficit<\/p>\n<p>(30 mins &#8211; 9 mile bike hills + 50 mins pilates)<\/p>\n<p>Thursday:<\/p>\n<p>2865 burned<\/p>\n<p>1999 eaten<\/p>\n<p>866 deficit<\/p>\n<p>(4 mile run 43 mins)<\/p>\n<p>Friday:<\/p>\n<p>2460 burned<\/p>\n<p>1414 eaten<\/p>\n<p>1046 deficit<\/p>\n<p>(30 mins weights)<\/p>\n<p>Saturday:<\/p>\n<p>3903 burned<\/p>\n<p>2702 eaten<\/p>\n<p>1201 deficit<\/p>\n<p>(10 mile run, 2 hours)<\/p>\n<p>Sunday:<\/p>\n<p>2322 burned<\/p>\n<p>1841 eaten<\/p>\n<p>481 deficit<\/p>\n<p>(rest day)<\/p>\n<p>So, for all intents and purposes, I should be well on my way to losin&#8217; it. \u00a0Not so much.
